Four valleys make up the Hikimi Ravine in the Nishi-Chugoku Sanchi Quasi-National Park, of which the 4-kilometer long Omote-Hikimi valley through which the Hikimi River flows is the best spot to see autumn colors. The trail is well maintained, so it is easy to walk along just taking in the harmony between the different colored leaves and the gorge.
