Myooin five-storied pagoda (known as Jofukuji Temple until 1600) was built in 1384, with a beautiful tower covered with a traditional tiled roof. The pagoda has a Japanese architectural structure in a similar style to the five-storied pagoda of Daigoji Temple in Kyoto. It is also the fifth oldest of the 28 national treasure pagodas in Japan.
