Miyajima Honten . You can enjoy some freshly cooked momiji manju straight off the hotplate when you create
your manju cakes in a traditional baking mold. You can prebook the workshop and you can even book on the
day if places are still available. They provide aprons and everything else you need for the workshop. You can
make two momiji manjus during the workshop one with koshian sweet bean paste and the other with chocolate.
