Members of the local fishery industry and visitors costumed as goblins like Kitaro stroll around from Sakaiminato station to Yokai(goblin) Shrine. They pull carts fully loaded with crabs in order to express their gratitude for a good harvest and wish for a bigger haul. At the shrine they present the crabs as an offering. Crab soup is available and a drum performance can be seen.
