Yubara Hot Spring town is located downstream of Yubara Dam. Hakkei located at the corner of the town overlooks an open-air sand bath for which Yubara is famous.

The chef, who appeared in the Japanese TV cooking show “Iron Chef” and defeated the indomitable “iron chef”, produces the meals. He features country style meals whose main ingredients are local vegetables. The proprietress wants guests who are too busy to stay overnight to spend a relaxing time, so she offers four types of day trip plans; stay for three hours, four hours, six hours and nine hours. The meals are served in an open kitchen restaurant. Depending on the course you choose, lunch, dinner or both lunch and dinner are served.

In addition, the beautiful nature seen from the guest room and hot spring are appealing points.

You can spend your time in the guest rooms which overlook magnificent natural scenery and take a bath as often as you want.

All the rooms have a view of the Asahi River and the mountain on the opposite side. Various types of rooms are available; Japanese style rooms with beds, and “sofa living room” which has a high quality sofa, chairs and open-air bath.
