Japan’s only public sword museum is located in Osahune, a place that used to produce many excellent sword masters. The first and second floors contain exhibition rooms where six special exhibitions are held every year. At a smithy visitors can watch the ancient method of sword forging. On every second Sunday visitors can try for themselves.
