The Japanese restaurant is located along a quiet alley which extends from the main shopping arcade to Machiya-dori street. Mr. Harada, an owner, says, “I want customers to enjoy seasonal and local tastes.” He tries to use as many ingredients of the nearby areas as possible, such as wasabi from Yoshiwa, the vegetables from Nakaoka Farm which is located on the island, oysters caught offshore nearby and other local fresh seafood.
