The 13-kilometer long gorge, which is said to be one of Hiroshima’s most beautiful places to view autumn colors, has “Five Majestic Views”: Kuro-buchi, Sarutobi, Nidan-kyo, Sandan-kyo and Mitsu-daki. At the peak of the season, sightseeing boats run a variety of routes every day, giving perfect views of the fabulous scenery. Peak season is from late October to late November.
