Kaisen-donburi (a bowl of rice covered with a variety of seafood) is the most popular dish. Fans coming from other Japanese prefectures and overseas don’t mind forming a line. The chef purchases fresh ingredients abundantly from trustworthy local and remote dealers. Other ingredients, such as rice and shoyu are also carefully selected. The shoyu is blended so that it goes best with Kaisen-don.
Please come with an empty stomach, as all the donburi dishes are big enough to fill you up.
