Located next to the fishing port, it is as busy as a real fish market. In the building there are seventeen shops; restaurants where only freshly caught seafood is used as main ingredients, fish shops and shops of processed food such as kamaboko (fish cake) and tsukudani (seafood simmered in sweetened soy sauce). Not only around hundred and fifty different kinds of local fish, but also meat, vegetables and local soy sauce are available.
