The building has an accommodation space, a restaurant, a souvenir shop and a lift station. From the observatory, you can command views of the Sea of Japan and the whole sand dunes. You can get to the sand dunes only in five minutes on the lift. The Sand Museum is a one-minute-walk. Sakyu Kodomo-no-kuni Park is a fifteen-minute-drive.
