The Italian restaurant faces Shinji Lake, a symbol of Matsue which is known as a city of abundant clear water. As the restaurant name of “Laut” means “sea” in Indonesian, visitors feel as if they were in a tropical resort. Food prepared from local ingredients inspires a more relaxed feeling.
